How long after I order is my product then shipped?

-My turnaround time is 28-35 business days.

Do I pay for shipping?

-Yes, the customer is responsible for shipping costs

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

-Most of my earrings are hypoallergenic as they are made with stainless steel hooks and studs. However, some items do not come with stainless steel hooks. Please see the item description to determine whether it is hypoallergenic.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. As these items are made to order, you have within 24 hours to cancel.

-We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each earring is made to order and customized for you. We also do not accept exchanges due to the sanitary nature of earrings.

My earrings were damaged in the mail, what can I do?

- Sometimes earrings arrive damaged, if that occurs, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the earring damaged and I will happily provide a new earring(s) to replace.

Do you take custom orders?

-Yes, I welcome custom orders! Please email me at calidreamindesigns@gmail.com.

Can I wear my earrings on rides?

-My earrings are lightweight and can go on rides, however, the customer bears the risk of losing the earring.
